Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best experience for all guests and respect the time set aside for each service, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made with at least 48 hours notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.
